Yes, we provide all equipment and machinery, which our commercial office cleaning operatives are trained to use. We also supply consumable products such as toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, and hand soap at an additional cost.

Our terms of service is a rolling agreement for us to provide you with commercial cleaning services. Cancellation from either party requires 30 days notice in writing.
As far as is reasonably practical, the same operative will be placed on your premises, as this helps to gain an understanding of your premises' unique requirements as well as building a healthier, trusting relationship between our businesses.
We're always happy to welcome new colleagues via TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment rights) as it tends to mean they'll benefit from better working conditions, given that we're a Living Wage employer.
That's up to you; some clients prefer operatives to clean during working hours, some prefer out of hours. Our flexible approach means that we're happy either way.
Every job is unique - some premises require 7 visits per week, some only require one. As part of our on-boarding process, we'll agree with you how many visits we believe are required. Further down the line, we can increase / decrease the number of visits or length of each clean accordingly. We issue invoices on the last working day of the month and collect payment via Direct Debit around 6 days later (depending on weekends, which are non-processing days for our payments provider). As part of the onboarding process, you will have setup the Direct Debit mandate, enabling us to collect payment. All Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.
For non-Direct Debit clients, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice and late payments will result in additional charges being applied.
